Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands.
• Proven ability to manage Meta Ads spend and show results (CPA/ROAS).
• Bonus: built/operated your own Shopify store or ecommerce brand.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/ecommerce clients on Meta.
• Build creative testing roadmaps: develop angles, briefs, analyze results.
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k/mo to $1m/mo per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel to identify creative, offer, or conversion issues.
• Communicate clearly with clients: present results, plans, next steps.
