Job summary

Maneuver Marketing seeks a Growth Strategist with 3+ years of experience managing at least $1M/month in ad spend to lead a product marketing team and drive growth for its direct-to-consumer brands. You will own strategic growth planning, competitive intel, and cross-functional collaboration across influencers, videos, marketplaces, and measurements.

You will build and refine Meta-based growth plans, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into actionable initiatives that move the business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth strategy or media buying for DTC brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate Meta-led growth strategies grounded in data and competitive intel.
• Lead a product marketing team including copywriter, creative strategist, designer, and media buyer.
• Conduct social listening and competitive audits to surface insights and gaps.
• Define funnel strategy, messaging, and creative direction; translate into briefs for partners.
• Design and manage scalable Meta ad systems with testing frameworks and budget ramps.
• Own data-driven CRO and performance optimization across channels.
