Lendable is redefining fintech marketing with a senior Growth Partnerships Manager to lead and shape our partnerships, affiliate and sponsorship activities. You will own strategy, budgeting and activation across UK markets, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

You’ll drive CPA, revenue share and LTV-based decisions, manage budgets, and leverage AI tools to scale research, briefs and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, affiliate marketing, sponsorships, BD or growth roles for a consumer brand; shaping commercial strategy
• Fluent in core metrics: CPA, revenue share, LTV, ROI and blended CAC; able to structure deals
• Knowledge of channel economics: payback, cohort behavior, spend comparisons across channels
• Experience running affiliate and/or influencer partnerships end to end, including negotiation
• Track record delivering activations end to end and measurable results
• Strong account/relationship management and data-driven decision making
• Highly organized with capacity to run multiple activations in parallel
• Comfort presenting strategy to senior leadership with data-backed investment cases
• Experience owning a partnerships budget or channel P&L
• Familiarity with AI in workflow

Responsabilités

• Set partnerships strategy and roadmap; justify investments to leadership
• Mentor a junior partnerships or affiliate executive
• Represent partnerships in senior budget reviews and cross-functional forums
• Negotiate terms with affiliates and sponsorship partners; assess fit for partner types
• Own live partnerships' unit economics; track CAC, LTV and ROI by partner
• Build scalable playbooks and tooling for partner programs; use AI to scale research and reporting
• Run activations end-to-end: brief, plan, ship and measure
• Coordinate with creative, growth, lifecycle and legal teams
• Manage partner relationships; ensure timely delivery and reconciliations
• Report performance with data-driven recommendations to Head of Growth Partnerships
