Job summary

Lendable is expanding its D2C marketing with a major affiliate and influencer acquisition initiative. We are seeking an Acquisition Executive to source new partners, lead outbound outreach, and negotiate CPA or fixed-fee deals to drive incremental customer acquisition.

You will own the full funnel from mapping to onboarding, working under the Head of Growth Partnerships in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role emphasizes real impact, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record sourcing and closing brand-new affiliate or influencer partnerships from scratch.
• 2-3+ years in affiliate marketing, acquisition or performance marketing roles for a consumer brand.
• Fluent in core acquisition performance metrics – CPA, fixed-fee, LTV, ROI and blended CAC.
• Working knowledge of channel economics: payback period, cohort behaviour, and how partnership spend compares against other channels.
• Direct experience running affiliate and/or influencer partnership end to end, including commercial negotiation.
• Track record of running activations end-to-end and delivering measurable results.
• Strong account / relationship management skills.
• Comfortable with the data — channel economics, attribution and ROI.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented — you can run multiple activations in parallel.
• Strong commercial communicator — you can hold your own with senior partners.
• Demonstrable use of AI in your workflow.

Responsibilities

• New Partner Acquisition: map the affiliate and influencer landscape, identify new partners, run outbound outreach and negotiate incremental CPA/fixed-fee deals.
• Commercial & Performance: negotiate terms with affiliates, own unit economics by partner and compare spend across channels.
• Activation: run sponsorship and partnership activations end-to-end, plan, brief, ship, measure.
• Affiliate Management: own relationships from first contact, manage budgets and timelines, expand partnerships based on data.
• Performance & Optimisation: track CPA, CAC, LTV, ROI, build scalable playbooks and tooling, use AI for research and reporting.
• Cross-functional: collaborate with creative, growth, lifecycle and legal; report performance with data-driven recommendations.
