Lendable is building one of the world’s leading fintech platforms. We are seeking a Senior Growth Manager (Performance Marketing) to own US and Mexico acquisition across paid social and search, standing up channels from scratch, managing multi‑million budgets, and scaling winners.

You’ll work in a lean team, combining digital strategy with hands-on execution, using attribution models and creative testing to drive incremental growth in two markets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in performance marketing with a strong creative tilt, preferably D2C, challenger brands and/or fintech.
• Hands-on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok campaign management experience, managing multi‑million annual budgets.
• Strong understanding of hooks, messaging and creative formats for social media.
• Familiarity with attribution modelling and incrementality testing concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset; SQL proficiency preferred.
• Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity and analysis.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building in new audiences and markets without established playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own the D2C acquisition strategy for the US and Mexico across paid social and search, driving volume and efficiency against ambitious CAC targets.
• Lead the launch and scale of new channels while ensuring Meta, Google and TikTok foundations from day one.
• Establish what works in two markets and build a repeatable playbook to scale it.
• Drive the creative engine: translate insights into briefs for external creators and produce high-performing video content quickly.
• Systematically analyze creative output to refine hooks and concepts; provide feedback to in-house creators.
• Adapt messaging and creative to US and Mexican audiences.
