Lyst is seeking a commercially minded Growth Analyst to hunt for and press home growth opportunities across the partner portfolio. You will quantify value and build the commercial case to move risk-averse partners to action, in a developmental role designed to grow a strong, numbers-driven skill set.

The role involves owning the growth pipeline, analysing performance data, and presenting opportunities with clear ROI, often in collaboration with Account Management and Leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Comfortable building a commercial case from data.
• Experience in partnerships, sales, or as a commercial analyst is valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and quantify their value.
• Own the growth pipeline and drive opportunities to commercial outcomes.
• Present and defend the commercial case to partners.
• Collaborate with account managers and other teams to move opportunities forward.
• Contribute analytical evidence to prioritisation discussions.
