Job summary

Goodlord in London is hiring a Growth Analyst to spot growth opportunities and turn ideas into action. You’ll use data and commercial thinking to improve broadband and media conversion, unlock potential from smaller partnerships, and build propositions for under-served tenant groups.

You’ll have ownership from day one and may oversee a product vertical as the team grows. The role is based in our London office with 2 days per week on-site and the remaining days remote, offering cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial, partnerships, analytics or growth-focused role.
• A natural relationship-builder who can present insights and challenge internal stakeholders.
• Strong data skills with Excel/Google Sheets and ability to build models and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and drive improvements in partner conversion and performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards, forecasting models and trend analyses for clear visibility.
• Own relationships with smaller partners and develop new commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Finance, Product and Commercial teams.
