Lyst is seeking a commercially focused analyst to hunt for and press home growth opportunities across the partner portfolio. You will use data to quantify value and build the case to move risk-averse partners to action, delivering a numbers-driven growth strategy.

This developmental role aims to build a strong commercial skill set, taking a data point to a growth scenario and presenting it to a partner in the room.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth pipeline and prioritise opportunities.

• Mine performance data to identify growth and acquisition opportunities.
• Quantify the commercial case for each opportunity to support partner conversations.
• Own the pitch, follow up and closing of opportunities with partners.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Leadership team as needed.
• Participate in team planning with a numbers-first perspective.
• Contribute quantitative evidence to prioritisation efforts.
