Job summary

Lyst is seeking a Director of Analytics to lead a lean, best-in-class analytics team. You will set the mission, technical direction, and culture of analytics, guiding product analytics, experimentation, and forecasting across the company.

You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work with teams including Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Finance and Marketing. The role emphasizes self-service analytics, AI-enabled insights, and scalable data practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics in e-commerce or technology environments.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to translate data insights into business strategy and decisions.
• Experience leading product analytics, experimentation and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team; set strategy and culture.
• Provide technical direction on experimentation, attribution, forecasting and observability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics with commercial objectives.
• Define data governance and analytics roadmaps across the business.
• Drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement and self-service analytics adoption.
