• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance, revenue and growth across a multi-site operation.
• Analyse data, demand and performance to identify opportunities.
• Improve enquiry, conversion and customer journeys.
• Develop and monitor commercial action plans.
• Support capacity, resource and workforce planning.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Work across Commercial, Operations, Marketing and People teams.
• Use CRM, Excel and reporting tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
