Job summary

TrustedHousesitters is a fast-growing, remote-friendly marketplace redefining pet care and travel. We’re seeking a growth analytics professional to own the analytics for member revenue squads, build dashboards, and drive data-informed decisions across acquisition, activation and retention.

You’ll lead instrumentation, design experiments, and mentor others while partnering with product and commercial teams to push the analytics frontier.

Qualifications

• Solid product or growth analytics experience in a subscription, marketplace, SaaS, or platform business.
• Own end-to-end analysis for a product area, from scoping through to recommendation.
• Advanced SQL and experimentation knowledge with a bias for rigorous analysis.
• Fluency in growth metrics: conversion, activation, churn; connect to business goals.
• Strong data storytelling: explain numbers to product managers and CFOs.
• Product instincts: generate ideas, not just validate them.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth analytics for our new member revenue squads—acquisition funnel, conversion, activation, and more.
• Spot opportunities in data and translate them into recommendations that influence what gets built.
• Lead instrumentation on new features with defined tracking and guardrail metrics.
• Design and run end-to-end A/B and multivariate experiments and set standard practices across squads.
• Build dashboards and self-serve reporting for stakeholders to answer their own questions.
• Challenge assumptions and provide a data-backed voice in product and commercial decisions.
• Mentor analysts to raise the analytics bar across the team.
