Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to advance growth analytics across acquisition, activation and product usage. You will work with Product, Engineering, UX, Design and Commercial teams to translate data into measurable outcomes.

In this product-led role you’ll own instrumentation, run A/B tests, and build self-serve dashboards while elevating analytics standards across the organisation. Remote UK work is supported.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with event tracking and instrumentation.
• Experience using Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment or similar.
• Strong experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Ownership of analysis end-to-end with minimal direction.
• Understanding of product metrics including conversion, activation and churn.
• Excellent stakeholder management and data storytelling.
• Ability to influence product decisions through data.
• Experience in SaaS/subscription/marketplace can be desirable.
• Nice-to-have: product growth analytics, lifecycle/retention/LTV, dbt, Python or R, AI tools in analytics, dashboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own growth analytics across acquisition and conversion funnels.
• Analyse product behaviour to identify opportunities and friction points.
• Lead event tracking and instrumentation for new features.
• Define tracking requirements, success metrics and guardrail metrics.
• Design and analyse A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Use event-level data to understand user behaviour and improve activation and conversion.
• Build dashboards and self-serve reporting for stakeholders.
• Influence product and commercial decisions with data.
• Turn analysis into actionable recommendations for Product teams.
• Raise analytical standards across the team.
