Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive growth through data in a fully remote UK role. You’ll join the Product Analytics team, focusing on acquisition, activation and conversion, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, UX and Commercial stakeholders to influence what gets built.

You’ll own event tracking, design experiments (A/B and multivariate), build dashboards, and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations while raising the analytical standard across the

Qualifications

• Strong Product Analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with event tracking and instrumentation.
• Experience using Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment or similar.
• Strong experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Experience owning end-to-end analysis with minimal direction.
• Understanding of product metrics (conversion, activation, churn).
• Excellent stakeholder management and data storytelling.
• Ability to influence product decisions through data.

Responsibilities

• Own growth analytics across acquisition and conversion funnel.
• Analyze product behaviour to identify opportunities and friction points.
• Lead event tracking and instrumentation for new product features.
• Define tracking requirements, success metrics and guardrail metrics.
• Design and analyse A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Use event-level data to understand user behaviour and improve activation and conversion.
• Build dashboards and self-serve reporting for stakeholders.
• Challenge assumptions and influence product and commercial decisions through data.
• Turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for Product teams.
• Help raise the analytical standard across the wider team.
