Job summary

TrustedHousesitters is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to own growth analytics for a subscription-based marketplace. This fully remote role (UK-based) focuses on acquisition, activation, and revenue optimization across member journeys with a data-driven approach.

You'll lead instrumentation, run A/B tests, build dashboards, mentor teammates, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for product and leadership. Competitive salary, bonus, and generous equity accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Solid product analytics experience in a subscription, marketplace, SaaS, or platform business.
• Own end-to-end analysis for a product area with minimal direction.
• Advanced SQL; dbt experience is a genuine plus.
• Good understanding of user event tracking (Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar).
• Solid understanding of experimentation and statistical significance.
• Fluency in product metrics and data storytelling.
• Product instincts and ability to generate ideas, not just validate them.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth analytics for our new member revenue squads and build a picture of drivers and blockers.
• Spot opportunities in the data and turn them into actionable recommendations.
• Lead instrumentation on new features and define tracking and success metrics.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments end-to-end.
• Build dashboards and self-serve reporting for stakeholders.
• Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven input in product decisions.
• Mentor other analysts and raise analytical standards across the team.
