Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Structured environment with complex accounting
• Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee group consolidated financial statements and reporting
• Lead timely management reporting and improve processes
• Provide financial information for acquisitions and year-end statutory accounts
• Manage group VAT and tax compliance and investor reporting
• Strengthen internal controls and present key financial reporting
• Lead and develop the finance team
