Marks Sattin (UK) Ltd. is recruiting for a Group Financial Controller to be based in Manchester city centre. The role requires ACA or ACCA qualification and experience in a complex business, with strong technical accounting and consolidation know-how.

You will lead the group statutory and management reporting, drive process improvements, manage a finance team, and provide information for acquisitions. Salary is £90,000–£105,000 plus additional benefits.

Role - Group Financial Controller Location - Manchester Salary - Between £90,000 and £105,000 + additional benefits

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a fast-growing PE backed business in their search for a Group Financial Controller to work out of their office based in Manchester city centre.

The successful candidate will need to be ACA or ACCA qualified and must have worked for a complex business previously. Strong technical accounting skills are absolutely essential and any experience of consolidating accounts would be preferable. Advanced Excel skills are crucial and any exposure to working within a PE backed environment previously would be a distinct advantage. Excellent staff management skills are crucial as is the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Key duties for the Group Financial Controller role will involve:

• Responsible for the group consolidated financial statements
