Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with strong technical accounting skills.
• Experience consolidating accounts is preferable.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential and experience in PE-backed environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the group consolidated financial statements.
• Lead timely management reporting.
• Drive process and system improvements across the organisation.
• Assist with financial information for acquisitions.
• Prepare and review year-end statutory accounts.
• Oversee group VAT and tax compliance.
• Coordinate investor reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and processes.
• Produce and present key financial reporting.
• Manage the finance team.
