Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property seeks an experienced Sub Agent / Ground Investigation Specialist to lead and coordinate multi-front GI site operations in Inveraray. You will oversee complex GI activities, manage on-site logistics, drive contractor delivery and ensure strict CDM 2015 compliance and Health & Safety standards across major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Certification prerequisites include SMSTS, CSCS Manager Card, and First Aid at Work.
• Education: degree in Engineering Geology, Geophysics, or Civil/Geotechnical Engineering.
• Extensive UK mega-project experience as Sub Agent / Site Agent or Senior GI Lead.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, coordinate GI teams and subcontractors.
• Enforce safe systems, RAMS, Permits to Dig and inductions.
• Supervise drilling, sampling, testing and logging.
• Maintain QA/QC with client specifications and reporting.
• Liaise with principal contractors, designers, clients and landowners.
