Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Sub Agent/Ground Investigation Specialist in Inveraray to lead and coordinate GI site operations on major UK infrastructure projects. You will oversee on-site logistics, safety compliance, and contractor delivery, with a requirement for extensive GI expertise.

Responsibilities

• Site Operations & Management: act as Site Agent / Client Representative, manage daily site logistics and multi-front GI teams.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce safe systems of work, RAMS, Permits to Dig, inductions and toolbox talks, uphold CDM 2015 standards.
• Technical Supervision: oversee rotary drilling, CPT rigs, dynamic sampling, packer testing, trial pitting.
• QA/QC & Reporting: logging per BS5930, sampling, testing, and reporting to client specs.
• Stakeholder Liaison: coordinate with Principal Contractors, Principal Designers, clients and landowners to meet schedules.
