Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Grill Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong standards for cleanliness and food safety.
• Team-focused leadership with the ability to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the grill to ensure burgers meet brand specs and quality.
• Maintain fast, precise service with high guest satisfaction.
• Act as a link in the management team to oversee service flow.
• Assist with daily ordering, deliveries, and FIFO stock control.
• Train and mentor new Grill Chefs and Kitchen Porters.
• Maintain HACCP and 5-star EHO ready hygiene.
