Qualifications

• At least 1 year of grill or line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen, ideally in burgers or casual dining.
• Passion for delivering great food fast — with consistency and care.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Cool-headed under pressure and service-driven.
• Proactive, hands-on, and a strong team player.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and busy trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare burgers, sides, and other menu items to Supernova standards during service.
• Maintain high levels of speed, consistency, and presentation throughout shifts.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures.
• Perform under pressure during busy periods, ensuring orders are accurate and timely.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
• Support stock control, portioning, and waste reduction.
• Participate in food prep, cleaning, and opening/closing duties.
• Foster a fun, supportive, and energetic kitchen culture.
