Please Sir! is seeking a confident Grill Chef to join our team in Wembley. You’ll focus on preparing signature smash burgers quickly and consistently, while maintaining high standards and staying organized under busy service.

Experience on a grill or in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred, but attitude and reliability matter most. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smooth service and top-quality dishes throughout every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience on a grill or fast-paced kitchen preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
• Works well in a team and takes pride in food quality.

Responsibilities

• Cook and smash burgers on the grill to specification.
• Prepare and cook other menu items and sides.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
• Manage multiple orders during busy service.
• Prepare and maintain station before, during and after service.
• Complete food preparation and stock rotation.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages.
• Follow allergen and food safety procedures.
• Work with kitchen and front-of-house to keep service running smoothly.
• Clean equipment and kitchen areas at end of service.
