Job summary

Heard. is a premium fast-casual smash burger concept from 2 Michelin-starred chef Jordan Bailey, renowned for high-quality ingredients and precise kitchen technique.

We are expanding and seeking a Senior Grill Chef to lead the hottest station, supervise, and help run a tight, efficient shift. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume, high-standard kitchen.
• Experience leading a grill section and supervising junior staff.
• Strong focus on speed, accuracy and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the grill during peak service and set the tempo for pass orders.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction by fast, precise and delicious execution.
• Oversee service flow and maintain sharp communication and energy on the line.
• Assist with daily ordering, deliveries and strict FIFO stock rotation.
