Grill chef needed for an upmarket, high-end, high-volume burger restaurant. Location: London. Hours: 48 hrs/week. Start: Immediate. Salary: £42,300.

About the Role

We are looking for a Grill Chef with experience in quality-led, fast-paced kitchens who can execute premium smash burgers with consistency, speed, and care. You’ll be operating a key section of the kitchen and delivering food that’s both craveable and crafted to perfection.

Responsibilities include:

• Running the grill section during busy services
• Cooking items exactly to spec, ensuring consistency in every dish
• Maintaining high standards of speed without compromising quality
• Keeping your section clean, organised, and food-safe at all times
• Supporting with prep and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation
