Qualifikationen

• Strong experience with Golang and production-grade services.
• Experience running services in production on AWS with on-call and observability.
• Hands-on with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Owns problems end-to-end and improves team processes.
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing demonstrated.
• Excellent communication, able to explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
• Pair programming experience.
• Technical leadership or architecture experience a plus.
