Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is hiring a senior Golang engineer to join our data-driven integration platform, connecting Grocery Partners with the JET ecosystem. You will own features, set technical direction and lift the team.

You'll work primarily in Golang on event-driven microservices, with Kafka, AWS (S3, DynamoDB), Kubernetes, and observability tooling. You will mentor mid-level and junior engineers and drive end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Golang and building production-grade microservices.
• Strong background in event-driven distributed systems (HTTP/REST, async messaging).
• Experience running services in production on AWS with on-call and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Build new features in Golang for the core platform.
• Make architectural decisions and set technical direction for the platform.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers and improve team practices.
