Job summary

Freedom24 is seeking a senior transformation leader to design and implement a single, centralized document management architecture across Europe. You’ll audit existing systems, shape governance, taxonomy, and access controls, and deliver a board-ready roadmap for Cyprus and European subsidiaries.

You’ll report to the CLO and operate with full autonomy, advancing AI-enabled classification, extraction, and archival practices.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in document management or related fields.
• Experience in regulated financial services is required.
• Proven track record auditing cross-functional processes.
• Ability to design target operating model and governance.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled document intelligence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit current landscape end-to-end across tools and workflows.
• Perform gap analysis on processes, governance and systems.
• Design centralized governance, taxonomy, and access-rights framework.
• Translate future model into IT requirements including AI use.
• Create a phased, board-ready implementation roadmap.
