Hogan Lovells Cadwalader Services, London, seeks a Head of IT Document Products to define the vision and roadmap for NetDocuments and related document systems. You will lead adoption, governance, and a cross-regional product team, working closely with the Global Head of IT Business Solutions.

The role requires senior leadership, strong vendor management, and the ability to balance scope, budget and timelines while aligning with the firm’s information governance and data residency requirements

Qualifications

• Legal industry background with exposure to lawyers.
• Delivered business change and adoption of new technology.
• Ability to operate at a senior level with partners and leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen and vendor management.
• Experience across product development lifecycle and governance.
• Experience with information governance and jurisdictional data residency.

Responsabilités

• Define the vision and roadmap for Document Products including NetDocuments.
• Establish relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Form strategic vendor relationships and monitor features.
• Represent user needs in product development and UX workshops.
• Own maintenance, backlog and priorities for NetDocuments and related apps.
• Understand data retention, residency, and legal jurisdiction constraints.
• Lead the product team and drive adoption with minimal disruption.
