Responsibilities

• Receive enquiries and respond promptly.
• Update Navision with client information.
• Coordinate moves across internal departments and partners.
• Prepare and send quotes to clients and partners.
• Monitor consignments and ensure service standards are met.
• Respond to emails and rate requests quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and progress updates.
• Meet shipping and accounting deadlines.
• Process invoices and payments as required.
• Support international/European team as needed.
• Arrange customs clearance for international moves.
