Job summary

Red Recruit Global is looking for a Move Co-ordinator to service corporate clients from our Hertfordshire branch. You will manage door-to-door shipments, maintain high standards of customer service, and liaise with agents, suppliers and internal teams.

We seek proactive customer service professionals who are organised, calm under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Location is Hertfordshire; ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the smooth shipment of corporate clients’ goods, meeting agreements and KPIs.
• Monitor consignment tracking worldwide and maintain communication with internal departments and service suppliers.
• Handle financial and operational processes through the centralised system; manage file finances per contracted rates.
