Job summary

Guernsey Electricity is seeking a GIS Team Lead to guide a team of GIS Technicians and Specialists responsible for capture, control and maintenance of asset information registers and digital data systems across major infrastructure categories.

You will develop GIS systems aligned with the business strategy, integrate data from across the organisation, and ensure high accuracy and quality control while meeting changing workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience leading GIS teams in asset management or utilities.
• Strong knowledge of GIS software and data governance.
• Willingness to work in Guernsey and on-site at times.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a GIS team focused on electricity assets.
• Design, maintain and optimise GIS databases and integrations.
• Provide GIS insights for network planning and compliance.
