Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain, ideally within a CPG environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement with ability to drive new processes.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sub-team of Gift Supply Planners and Gift Operations Assistants.
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives addressing process gaps.
• Create assembly plans for gifts in line with customer requirements.
• Order and manage materials to meet assembly plans.
• Represent Gift Planning function at project meetings.
• Manage inventory levels to reduce excess stocks.
