Arup's Ground Engineering team in the north of the UK invites Geotechnical Engineers to join our expanding team, delivering projects across energy, water, transport and built environment; you will contribute from initial ground investigation through to design and construction, coordinating between design and construction partners.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology, and a professional qualification or active progression with ICE, with a focus

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology with relevant Chartered status or progression.
• Experience in geotechnical design for foundations, slopes or earthworks.
• Experience in desktop studies and interpreting ground investigation results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver geotechnical engineering work across wide sectors from investigation to design and construction.
• Collaborate with design and construction partners to ensure solutions are buildable and safe.
• Develop strong client relationships and manage work packages across locations.
