Job summary

The Royal British Legion is seeking a senior leader to shape mass fundraising acquisition across digital, TV, face-to-face and wider campaigns. You’ll define the strategy, invest where it matters and drive growth, ensuring activity is joined up, commercially focused and capable of converting engagement into supporters at scale.

You’ll build and lead a team of acquisition managers and officers, partner with product, planning and brand teams, and use insight to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in mass fundraising or marketing.
• Proven ability to set investment priorities across campaigns.
• Experience leading acquisition teams and agencies.
• Strong data-driven decision making and insight use.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
