Job summary

The Royal British Legion in London is seeking a senior leader to shape mass fundraising acquisition and convert early engagement into lasting supporter relationships. You’ll lead across digital, TV, face to face and other campaigns, ensuring joined-up, commercially strong activity with clear growth outcomes and a structured approach to attract and convert supporters at scale.

Based at Haig House with a requirement of two days per week in office and flexible remote/home working when not on site,

Qualifications

• Lead multi-channel acquisition strategy across mass fundraising.
• Set investment priorities and measure performance across campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, planning, digital, brand and fundraising teams.
• Develop and support acquisition managers and officers to deliver results.
