Job summary

Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity in London is seeking an Individual Giving Lead (Acquisition) to drive prize‑led donor acquisition campaigns across online and offline channels. You will lead multi‑channel marketing, optimize based on data, and ensure compliance with fundraising standards.

The role requires strong project management, budget oversight and collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to grow supporter numbers and income.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering online and offline acquisition campaigns within Individual Giving.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding income targets.
• Experience managing multi-channel direct marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver prize-led acquisition campaigns with income and player targets.
• Create detailed project plans, briefs, schedules and budgets.
• Manage campaign timelines to meet income targets and on-time delivery.
• Oversee cross-channel activity including mail, digital, paid social and email.
• Provide performance reports with KPIs such as response rate and average gift.
• Lead relationships with agencies and external suppliers.
