Job summary

Aria Partners Limited is building a new closed-end infrastructure fund platform and seeks a Senior Manager to own Fund Finance, Governance and operational infrastructure, reporting to the CFO.

Based in Jersey within the GP structure, the role covers fund accounting, investor reporting, AML/KYC, and multi-entity administration across the fund and related entities, with end-to-end ownership and interaction with auditors and external advisers.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• 6–10 years' experience in fund administration or similar platform.
• Strong experience in fund accounting and investor reporting for closed-end funds.
• Experience with compliance, governance and operational responsibilities in a funds environment.

Responsibilities

• Own fund accounting and reporting for a closed-end fund structure.
• Oversee multi-entity administration and cash management.
• Support AML/KYC processes and regulatory reporting; MLRO duties.
• Collaborate with CFO and Investor Relations to build reporting frameworks and select systems.
