Aria Partners Limited is seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to join its London-based team. This broad role sits at the intersection of accounting, FP&A and operations, reporting to the CFO and taking ownership of the management company finance function.

You'll oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, management accounts and financial reporting with external providers, support strategic projects, audits and commercial analysis.

Formación

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in investment management, private markets or related financial services environment preferred.
• Exposure to management company finance, financial planning or broader commercial finance activities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and FP&A activities.
• Oversee management accounts and financial reporting with outsourced providers.
• Support CFO with financial modelling, strategic projects and commercial analysis.
• Coordinate year-end audits, tax processes and internal controls.
• Manage external service providers and assist with contract negotiations.
• Take responsibility for various business operations including HR, IT and internal processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting and operational efficiency.
