Job summary

Aria Partners Limited in London is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to own NAV delivery across private equity and credit and to help develop the fund accounting processes for an expanding platform.

The role is senior and autonomous, with responsibility for private credit initially, oversight of capital calls, distributions and investor reporting, and mentoring junior colleagues as the team grows. A hybrid working arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund accounting for private credit or direct lending.
• Strong technical knowledge across NAV preparation, investment accounting and investor reporting.
• Ability to work independently and guide less experienced colleagues.
• Experience with annual accounts, audits and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting and NAV delivery for allocated funds and related entities.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, investor allocations and investment accounting.
• Support credit fund accounting, including loan interest, fees and repayments.
• Review outputs, resolve technical issues and improve controls.
• Support annual accounts, audits and wider financial reporting.
• Develop junior colleagues through guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Help improve processes and systems as the business grows.
