Job summary

Aria Partners Limited is seeking a Finance Director to lead the day-to-day finance function across funds and the management company in its London operations. Reporting to the CFO/COO, you will manage a small team and work closely with the investment team on transactions and portfolio monitoring.

We are seeking an ACA/CA/ACCA qualified senior finance professional with around 10 years post-qualification experience in private markets.

Qualifications

• ACA/CA/ACCA qualified with approximately 10 years post-qualification experience, ideally from practice, with private markets exposure.
• Experience in private equity, private credit or listed investment funds is highly relevant.
• Hands-on finance professional used to operating in a smaller, fast-paced, growth-focused investment manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund and corporate finance, including financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Oversee fund accounting, quarterly NAVs, valuations, investor reporting, capital calls, distributions and carried interest calculations.
• Coordinate with external fund administrators, auditors, tax advisers and other service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
