Job summary

Aria Partners Limited, a private equity infrastructure fund, is expanding its fund finance function in Greater London. The role is senior and commercially exposed, operating end-to-end with room for upward mobility and direct engagement with senior leadership.

You will sit at the centre of the fund platform, lead capital call and distribution activity, coordinate investor reporting and governance across fund and SPV structures, and support strategic actions as the portfolio evolves.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ post-qualified experience within closed-end funds; exposure to real assets preferred.
• Luxembourg fund structures experience is essential.
• Private equity or private credit backgrounds also open to consideration.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital call and distribution activity across multiple vehicles.
• Coordinate quarterly investor reporting, risk reporting and audits.
• Oversee governance at fund and SPV level, ensuring fund documents compliance.
