Job summary

Aria Partners is seeking a Fund Controller to join its London finance team. The role offers broad ownership of fund reporting, NAV oversight, liquidity management and cross-functional finance improvements as the platform scales.

The successful candidate will combine strong fund knowledge with commercial, project-led initiatives, supporting AI/system enhancements and new fund launches in a lean, outsourced reporting environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 4–7 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience with closed-end fund structures is essential; private credit experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of fund reporting, NAV oversight and investor deliverables.
• Manage and challenge third-party administrators, auditors and other external providers.
• Oversee liquidity, cash flows, capital calls, distributions and fund-level financing facilities.
• Collaborate with investment team on deal funding, settlements and portfolio activity.
• Supervise and review work of junior finance staff.
• Support investor queries, new fund launches and related workstreams.
• Improve reporting, controls and analytics across the platform.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline finance and operations.
