Hippo Digital Limited is seeking a Senior Full Stack Kotlin Developer to join our multidisciplinary teams across public and private sector projects. You will drive Kotlin/JVM solutions, mentor juniors, and ensure scalable delivery with Spring and microservices.

You will lead end‑to‑end development, collaborate with design, product, and delivery, and own pipelines to deploy robust digital services aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive Kotlin and JVM experience with Java full lifecycle delivery.
• Exposure to Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js or Nunjucks.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.
• Back‑end services with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Microservices design, RESTful APIs and cloud/Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of user‑centred software aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver complex client solutions.
• Own software dev and deployment pipelines, resolve bottlenecks.
• Present prototypes and progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers to support professional development.
