Hippo is a rapidly growing digital consultancy delivering transformative solutions for public and private sector clients. We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Kotlin Developer to join the Hippo Herd and lead Kotlin development across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will act as a Senior Consultant delivering Kotlin development services, mentoring juniors, and ensuring technical excellence within squads. Expect on-site or client location work with travel as needed and a supportive, collaborative

Qualificações

• Extensive Kotlin & JVM experience.
• Strong Java and full development lifecycle experience.
• Exposure to Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js or Nunjucks.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality, robust solutions.
• Expertise with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful services.
• Knowledge of public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps, incl. containers.
• Proficiency with Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production of user-centered software aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to design and deliver complex client solutions.
• Own software development and deployment pipelines, resolving bottlenecks.
• Communicate prototypes, solutions, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
