Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in London is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the AI Enablement Team. You will design and implement AI-enabled platform capabilities with a focus on GenAI projects, leading code quality and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with 7+ years of IT solutions development
• Proficient in Python & ReactJS and related technologies
• Experience with GenAI app development including vector stores, RAG, context engineering, prompt engineering, observability
• Experience with Java Spring Framework beneficial
• Understanding of full stack development and RESTful API development

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications with well-structured, efficient code
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Review code to ensure standards and quality
• Write unit tests and participate in QA and defect resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize for speed and scalability
• Create and maintain technical documentation
