Recourse AI, a rapidly growing AI HealthTech startup with a Manchester HQ, is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer (mid-level). You will build features across a React frontend and Python backend, collaborating with product, design and sales teams to ship reliable, scalable software used by clinicians and field teams.
You will own requirements, design APIs, implement, test and monitor features, and contribute to platform infra and real-time voice AI systems.

The role: We are hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer (mid-level) to build and ship user-facing features across our React frontend and Python backend. Working with product managers and designers, you will refine requirements and own features from technical design through release, including API design, implementation, testing, and monitoring. You will also contribute to platform infrastructure and realtime voice AI systems. Your work will directly shape the tools clinicians and field teams use every day.
