The role emphasizes adaptability and a technology-agnostic approach, supported by training as needed. You will collaborate with product management and UX/UI to translate business needs into technical specifications, while ensuring delivery on time

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable, secure software architectures.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
• Strong programming knowledge across multiple languages/frameworks.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of complex software systems with emphasis on quality, security, and scalability.
• Mentor and manage a team of software engineers; provide technical guidance.
• Ensure coding standards and best practices are consistently applied.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI, DevOps, QA and IT to translate requirements into technical specs.
