TPXImpact Holdings PLC is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in the United Kingdom to guide design, development and deployment of high-quality software. You will lead a team of engineers, ensure best practices and drive continuous improvement across product and technical stacks.

We prioritise adaptable, technology-agnostic approaches and support your growth with training. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive delivery across high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full-stack software engineering, including design, development, testing and deployment.
• Proficiency in one or more of Java/Kotlin, Python, C#/.NET or full stack JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of Agile, TDD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms and IaC tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design and development of complex software systems with strong quality and security standards.
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers to foster growth and excellence.
• Ensure coding standards and DevOps practices are consistently applied.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, DevOps, QA and IT to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Drive CI/CD improvements to enhance deployment and reliability.
• Conduct regular code reviews and promote learning within the team.
