TPXimpact Holdings PLC is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive architecture, design, and delivery of high-quality software solutions across multi-disciplinary teams. You will mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and collaborate with product, UX/UI, DevOps, QA, and IT to translate business needs into scalable technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full-stack software engineering, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, TDD, and DevOps practices and methodologies.
• Strong cloud expertise across Azure, AWS, GCP, and IaC using Terraform.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams toward successful delivery.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsabilités

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex software systems meeting high standards of quality, security, and scalability.
• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance for growth.
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and operational processes are consistently applied.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI, DevOps, QA, and IT to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimise performance, reliability, and security.
• Conduct regular code reviews and promote learning through feedback.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the SDLC.
• Stay updated with trends and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines to deliver on time and within scope.
• Contribute to early-stage hiring, CV screening, and technical assessments when required.
