You will mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, and work with product, UX/UI, DevOps, QA, and IT to translate business needs into robust technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full-stack software engineering, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Deep experience in at least one modern language/framework (e.g., Java/Kotlin, Python, C#/ .NET, or full-stack JS).
• Strong knowledge of Agile, TDD, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience leading engineering teams and driving quality architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of complex software systems with emphasis on quality, security, and scalability.
